Shipping policy
We believe in transparent pricing and straightforward shipping — no hidden costs and no inflated product prices.
At this time, we only ship orders to addresses within the United States only.
Some customers choose to use third-party freight forwarding services that provide a U.S. shipping address and forward packages internationally. While this is outside of our control, orders shipped to the U.S. addresses are treated as domestic shipments and subject to this policy.
Shipping thresholds
- Orders $60+ ship free
- Orders $100+ ship free via USPS Priority Mail
- Orders under $60 include a small shipping/handling fee

Why shipping works this way
Shipping, packaging, labor, and payment processing all have real costs. For many small orders, especially single-item orders, the cost to ship can approach the cost of the product itself.
Rather than raising prices across the board or hiding shipping inside product prices, we’ve chosen a more honest approach:
- Keep product prices as low as possible
- Reward efficient orders with free shipping
- Apply a modest shipping/handling fee only when necessary
This approach allows us to stay sustainable while continuing to offer some of the lowest per-milligram pricing in the industry.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or regulatory changes, processing times may vary slightly.
Delivery method
- Orders under $100 ship via USPS Ground Advantage
- Orders $100+ ship via USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail service can be added to any order under $100 for an additional cost
