Alliant Hemp Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to recurring subscriptions purchased from Alliant Hemp. Additional terms governing the limited-time Legacy 40 Subscription program appear below.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Alliant Hemp and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription orders according to the products, quantities, delivery schedule, prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes presented during enrollment and as subsequently modified by you through the customer portal.

Your subscription will continue until canceled or otherwise terminated under these terms.

General Subscription Terms

1. Recurring Orders and Charges

Subscription orders recur according to the delivery frequency selected by the customer.

The products, quantities, recurring frequency, applicable discount, and estimated charges are presented before the initial subscription purchase is completed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription discounts apply only to eligible product prices and do not apply to taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.

Unless a particular offer expressly provides otherwise, percentage discounts are calculated using the regular price of the applicable product in effect when each recurring order is processed. Regular product prices may increase or decrease over time.

2. Managing a Subscription

Customers may manage available subscription settings through the Alliant Hemp customer portal. Depending on the subscription and the options made available within the portal, customers may be able to:

change eligible products or quantities;
change the delivery frequency;
change the next processing date;
skip an upcoming order;
pause or resume the subscription;
update shipping or payment information; or
cancel the subscription.

Requested changes must be submitted before the applicable order enters processing. A change submitted after processing begins may apply only to a future recurring order.

3. Cancellation

Subscriptions continue until canceled.

Customers may cancel through the Alliant Hemp customer portal or by contacting Alliant Hemp at:

Cancellation stops future recurring orders. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already entered processing, been charged, been fulfilled, or been shipped.

Alliant Hemp does not charge a subscription cancellation fee.

4. Skipped and Paused Orders

Where permitted, customers may skip or pause subscription deliveries through the customer portal.

Skipping or pausing an order does not itself cancel the subscription. Special promotional subscriptions may remain subject to separate activity and eligibility requirements.

5. Payment Authorization and Payment Failures

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing information.

If a recurring payment is declined or otherwise fails, Alliant Hemp or its subscription service provider may retry the payment and may contact the customer to request updated payment information.

Alliant Hemp may pause or cancel a subscription after repeated payment failures.

A declined, failed, voided, canceled, chargeback, or fully refunded transaction is not considered a successfully processed paid subscription order.

6. Shipping and Taxes

Shipping charges and taxes are determined when each recurring order is processed based on the order value, products, destination, and shipping terms then in effect.

Any free-shipping threshold is determined according to the shipping policy and checkout calculations applicable to the individual order. A product discount does not independently guarantee free shipping unless Alliant Hemp expressly states otherwise.

7. Product Availability

All subscription products remain subject to availability.

Alliant Hemp may discontinue a product or change its formulation, size, packaging, regular price, subscription eligibility, or availability.

Alliant Hemp will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without notice or customer approval. When a subscribed product becomes unavailable, Alliant Hemp may ask the customer to select a replacement, delay the order, remove the unavailable product, or take another reasonable action.

8. Changes to General Subscription Terms

Alliant Hemp may make reasonable changes to its general subscription program to address changes in law, regulation, taxation, product costs, shipping, payment processing, technology, product availability, or business operations.

When required by applicable law, Alliant Hemp will provide clear notice of a material change before it takes effect and will explain how affected customers may cancel.

Additional Terms for Legacy 40 Subscriptions

These additional terms apply only to subscriptions properly enrolled in the Legacy 40 Subscription program.

If these Legacy 40 terms conflict with the general subscription terms above, these terms control only with respect to Legacy 40 eligibility and the Legacy 40 discount.

9. Legacy Products

“Legacy Products” means only those Alliant Hemp products expressly identified by Alliant Hemp as eligible for the Legacy 40 program.

Products available during the Legacy 40 promotional enrollment period may be designated as Legacy Products through the Legacy Products collection, subscription bundle interface, or another express designation made by Alliant Hemp.

New and future products are not automatically Legacy Products and are not automatically eligible for the Legacy 40 discount.

Alliant Hemp may later choose to add additional products to the Legacy Products category. Unless and until Alliant Hemp expressly does so, newly introduced products—including foods, beverages, cacao products, specialty formulations, limited releases, accessories, third-party products, or products with different cost structures—are excluded from Legacy 40.

10. Promotional Enrollment Period

Legacy 40 is available only to qualifying subscriptions created or properly updated during the promotional enrollment period beginning:

Friday, July 24, 2026 12:00pm Pacific

and ending:

Tuesday, August 4, 2026 12:00pm Pacific

Enrollment is not complete until a qualifying subscription order has been successfully submitted and accepted.

Alliant Hemp may correct technical, pricing, or eligibility errors and may reject enrollment resulting from fraud, misuse, circumvention, duplicate enrollment, or an obvious system error.

11. Legacy 40 Benefit

While the Legacy 40 program remains in operation, a qualifying Legacy 40 subscription receives 40% off the current regular price of Legacy Products included in the qualifying subscription.

The 40% discount is calculated using the regular price of each Legacy Product in effect when the applicable recurring order is processed.

Accordingly, if the regular price of a Legacy Product increases or decreases, the resulting Legacy 40 subscription price may also increase or decrease.

Legacy 40 is not a guarantee that the underlying regular price of any product will remain unchanged.

Legacy 40 is also not a guarantee of a perpetual additional 40% discount on top of every future company-wide price reduction after the Legacy 40 program has been modified or ended in accordance with these terms.

Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees are excluded from the Legacy 40 discount unless Alliant Hemp expressly states otherwise.

12. Initial Qualification

To qualify for Legacy 40, the subscription must contain at least four Legacy Products when enrolled.

Different Legacy Products and quantities may be combined to reach the four-product minimum.

Products that are not Legacy Products:

do not count toward the four-product minimum;
do not receive the Legacy 40 discount; and
are not protected by the Legacy 40 terms.

13. Maintaining Legacy 40 Eligibility

To keep the Legacy 40 discount, the subscription must:

remain active;
continuously contain at least four Legacy Products; and
complete at least one successfully processed paid subscription order during every consecutive 12-month period.

Customers may change Legacy Products, quantities, delivery dates, or delivery frequency, provided the subscription continues to meet all Legacy 40 requirements.

Skipped, paused, declined, failed, voided, canceled, chargeback, or fully refunded orders do not satisfy the annual activity requirement.

14. Loss of Legacy 40 Eligibility

Legacy 40 eligibility ends if:

the subscription is canceled;
the subscription contains fewer than four Legacy Products;
the subscription does not complete at least one successfully processed paid subscription order during a consecutive 12-month period;
repeated payment failures result in cancellation or termination of the subscription;
the customer attempts to transfer, duplicate, misuse, or improperly recreate the promotional benefit; or
the subscription otherwise ceases to satisfy these terms.

Once Legacy 40 eligibility is lost, the discount may be permanently removed and may not be available for reinstatement.

Alliant Hemp may, but is not required to, reinstate Legacy 40 when eligibility was lost because of a verified Alliant Hemp error, Appstle or Shopify technical error, payment-processing error, discontinued product, or another exceptional circumstance.

This discretionary provision does not guarantee reinstatement.

15. Pausing and Skipping Legacy 40 Orders

A Legacy 40 customer may use available pause or skip features without immediately losing Legacy 40, provided:

the subscription remains active;
it continues to contain at least four Legacy Products; and
it completes at least one successfully processed paid subscription order during every consecutive 12-month period.

Pausing or repeatedly skipping orders does not pause, reset, or extend the 12-month activity requirement.

16. Product Changes and Discontinuations

Alliant Hemp may discontinue a Legacy Product or remove it from future Legacy 40 eligibility when reasonably necessary because of product discontinuation, supply constraints, legal or regulatory requirements, material cost increases, product reformulation, safety concerns, or commercial sustainability.

When reasonably practicable, an affected Legacy 40 customer will be given notice and an opportunity to replace an affected product with another Legacy Product before Legacy 40 eligibility is removed solely because of an Alliant Hemp-initiated product change.

A product added to the Alliant Hemp catalog in the future does not become a Legacy Product unless Alliant Hemp expressly designates it as one.

17. One Volume-Discount Bundle Per Order

Shopify and Appstle permit only one applicable Volume Discount Bundle to be applied to an individual order under the current Legacy 40 configuration.

One-time volume-bundle purchases and Legacy 40 subscription-bundle purchases must therefore be completed in separate checkouts to receive their respective bundle discounts.

Customers should review all displayed prices and discounts before completing checkout.

18. No Transfer, Duplication, or Combination

Legacy 40:

is associated with the qualifying customer subscription;
is not transferable between customers or accounts;
may not be duplicated after the promotional enrollment period;
may not be recreated by canceling and opening a replacement subscription after enrollment closes; and
may not be combined with another Volume Discount Bundle in the same order.

Other discounts or promotional codes may be excluded when technically incompatible or when the applicable offer terms prohibit combination.

19. Modification or Termination of Legacy 40

Alliant Hemp intends to honor Legacy 40 for qualifying customers while the program remains commercially sustainable and operationally viable.

Legacy 40 is not promised for the lifetime of the customer, the subscription, any product, or Alliant Hemp.

Alliant Hemp reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Legacy 40 program, in whole or in part, at its discretion, including when Alliant Hemp determines that continued operation:

has become commercially unsustainable or materially loss-producing;
is no longer necessary because Alliant Hemp has transitioned Legacy Products to substantially lower everyday prices;
is materially affected by changes in product costs, supply availability, shipping, taxation, payment processing, or business conditions;
is affected by changes to Shopify, Appstle, or another necessary service provider;
is subject to significant fraud, misuse, or circumvention;
has become unlawful or subject to regulatory restriction;
has become technically impracticable; or
cannot reasonably continue because of closure, sale, restructuring, or cessation of applicable business operations.

Except when immediate action is reasonably necessary because of law, regulation, safety, fraud, technical failure, service-provider action, or circumstances outside Alliant Hemp’s reasonable control, Alliant Hemp will provide affected subscribers with at least 30 days’ advance notice before a material modification or termination takes effect.

The notice will explain the material change, its effective date, and how the customer may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.

20. Transition to Lower Everyday Prices

Legacy 40 is intended to reward customers who support Alliant Hemp during the period in which the program operates.

If increased scale, manufacturing efficiency, or other improvements allow Alliant Hemp to substantially reduce the regular prices of Legacy Products, Alliant Hemp may modify or conclude Legacy 40 and transition affected products or customers to the lower everyday-price structure.

Until such a change becomes effective, qualifying Legacy 40 subscribers will continue receiving the applicable 40% discount under these terms.

After the transition becomes effective, affected subscribers may pay the same lower product price generally available to other customers rather than receiving an additional 40% reduction from that new lower everyday price.

Any such transition will be treated as a material program change, and Alliant Hemp will provide notice as described above.

21. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

their selected products and quantities;
their delivery schedule;
the prices and discounts displayed before checkout;
the status of their subscription in the customer portal; and
notices sent to the email address associated with their account.

Customers should maintain accurate contact, shipping, billing, and payment information.
