Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The 30-day return and refund window begins on the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

This applies to all orders, including those shipped to freight forwarding services or third-party reshipping addresses. We are unable to extend the return window based on when a package is received by a forwarding service or delivered internationally.

WHY OUR RETURN POLICY IS STRUCTURED THIS WAY

We understand that this return policy is more limited than what some customers may be used to. Because our products are consumable and cannot be resold once opened or returned, we have to operate with clear and consistent return controls.

These policies allow us to keep our pricing as affordable as possible for everyone by avoiding unnecessary waste, abuse, and cost increases that would otherwise be passed on to customers. This is one of the ways we’re able to offer high-quality hemp products at prices well below typical market rates.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging. Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, opened products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@allianthemp.com and describe the issue in detail. All returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND ORDER ERRORS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The sooner we’re notified, the sooner we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Opened or used hemp products
- Perishable or consumable goods once opened
- Bulk purchases, multi-unit orders, and bundled products
- Subscription / Reserve orders
- Gift cards

Exceptions may be made only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the eligible item (once approved) and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the cost of return shipping.

For orders placed using third-party payment providers (such as buy-now-pay-later services), refunds are issued to the payment provider and processed according to their policies.

Please allow up to 72 hours after approval for refunds to appear, as processing times vary by financial institution.
