ABOUT ALLIANT HEMP

Alliant Hemp is an Oregon-based hemp company founded in 2020. We specialize in high-potency CBD and other hemp-derived cannabinoid oil drops made from U.S.-grown hemp and produced under Oregon Department of Agriculture oversight. Our focus is simple formulations, consistent potency, full-panel third-party testing, and transparent pricing based on real production costs—not branding or influencer spend.

WHY WE DO THIS DIFFERENTLY

Many hemp brands rely on wholesale markups, influencer marketing, and constant short-term promotions. We don't.

Alliant Hemp is direct-to-consumer by design. That allows us to price products based on real costs and real efficiencies, not inflated retail structures.

We offer ongoing volume discounts because they make sense—for customers and for us.

-Shipping multiple products together reduces per-order shipping costs.

-Fewer orders mean fewer fulfillment touches and lower labor costs.

-Predictable demand improves production efficiency.

Those savings are passed directly to customers.

That's why we offer mix-and-match volume pricing—such as buy any 4 products and save 40%—as a standard option, not a rotating promotion. It's not a sale. It's how the system works best.

This approach lets customers stock up less often, spend less over time, and get consistently high-potency products without waiting for a sale.

A QUICK NOTE ON FIRST ORDERS

If you're new to cannabinoids, or new to Alliant Hemp, we recommend starting with one bottle of the product(s) you are looking to try.

Our single-bottle pricing is already among the best values available, and we even offer a $5 shipping credit on your first order when you subscribe to our email list, so you don't have to overcommit just to save on shipping.

Here's why we say this plainly:

Once a product leaves our facility and then is returned to us, even if it's unopened, we can't resell it. We don't know where it's been or how it was handled—and we won't compromise safety or quality for anyone.

Our return policy isn't strict because we don't care.

It's strict because keeping prices low for everyone depends on it.

Buying multiple bottles of a single product just to unlock a volume or shipping discount—before you know if the product is right for you—creates the potential for waste and costs increases for the customers who rely on these products every day.

So our honest advice:

-Try one bottle first.

-See how it fits your routine.

-If it works for you, our volume pricing will still be there when you come back.

We're here for the long term, and this is how we keep Alliant Hemp affordable, fair, and sustainable for everyone.

INDUSTRY CONTEXT

Recent federal action has directed agencies to expand research into cannabidiol (CBD) and explore regulatory frameworks that could improve patient access to medically recommended CBD products in the future, including potential pilot programs involving Medicare.

While CBD products are not currently reimbursable under Medicare, these developments reflect growing federal recognition of cannabidiol as a legitimate area of medical research and regulated use.

TESTING & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Alliant Hemp operates under the authority of the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) and follows testing standards derived from Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) — among the most stringent cannabinoid testing frameworks in the world.

Our testing process is structured differently than what many hemp customers may be used to, and it is designed to improve safety, consistency, and regulatory oversight.

 Here’s how it works:

-Raw ingredients are fully tested first

Hemp extracts and other inputs are tested for pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, residual solvents, and mycotoxins before they are approved for use in manufacturing.

-Only compliant ingredients enter production

Tested and approved ingredients are logged into our manufacturing system and used to formulate finished products.

-Finished products undergo compliance sampling

Once a batch is produced, a licensed laboratory comes on site and randomly samples finished units from the entire lot, based on batch size and product type.

-Batch compliance testing confirms potency and safety

The resulting Certificate of Analysis (COA) reflects the compliance test for that finished batch and confirms that the product meets the product's label claim for the listed cannabinoids, as well as that the required safety testing has been met through the upstream ingredient testing process.

This system differs from older hemp testing models that might have displayed every safety metric on a single finished-product COA. The current ODA/OLCC framework emphasizes pre-formulation ingredient safety testing combined with post-production batch potency testing, which provides stronger oversight and reduces consumer risk.

As Oregon regulations continue to evolve, additional batch test information will also begin appearing directly on product labels. These requirements are currently being phased in, with enforcement scheduled for later this year.

Alliant Hemp remains fully committed to compliance, transparency, and consumer safety at every stage of production.
